THE CHALMERS CONFERENCE CENTRE
The Chalmers Conference Center at Chalmersplatsen 1 is an ideal location for a medium size conference. The biggest room has a capacity of 450 people and is suited perfectly for big seminars there are further rooms for smaller seminars or meetings. There are also big, vast spaces that can be used for exhibitions and networking.

Arriving to Gothenburg by air: Airport bus from Landvetter Airport to the Nils Ericsson terminal in the centre of Gothenburg. Take bus 16, destination Högsbohöjd, from the stop Nordstan, just outside the terminal. From Drottningstorget, also just outside the central station, you can take tram 13, heading “Sahlgrenska”, to Chalmers.
From Brunnsparken, approximately 500 meters from the central station there are additional tram lines that will take you to Chalmers. Please visit Västtrafik for details.

Getting here by tram or by bus: The following buses are operating Chalmers: 16, 55, 58, 158 and 753. In addition, the trams 6, 7, 8 10 and 13 are operating Chalmers.

Onsite Registration
The Conference Registration desk is located inside the main entrance. You do not need to register for the exhibition as the Conference badge gives you full access to it.

Badges
To collect your badge onsite you need to bring the email confirmation (electronically in the phone works fine) or the text message that has been sent to you in advance. Delegate badges must be worn at all times to gain access to the conference sessions, exhibition and social events. Please note that we cannot replace lost badges.
Cloakroom
There are cloakroom facilities in the registration area. The organisers cannot be held responsible for damage to or loss of their personal property howsoever caused.

Currency & ATM Machine
The currency in Sweden is Swedish Krona (kr) / SEK. Some places in Gothenburg do not accept cash, credit card is the most common way to pay in Sweden.

No smoking policy
According to Swedish law, smoking is prohibited inside any building, venue, hotels, busses, etc. Smoking is only allowed in open-air zones.
Lost-and-Found
Lost-and-Found will be collected in the registration.
